Along with our company name change on March 1, 2023, all our employees will work together to add value to scrap metal and operate our business with new comprehensive strengths.
First, we must mention our priority in this new structure.
Our first priority is to continue striving to further deepen our services with the same attitude we have always maintained with our customers.
In addition to taking advantage of our extensive own yards and economies of scale at its three locations in the western part of Japan, we will also make maximum use of the group network of its new shareholder, MM & KENZAI Corporation.
In particular, we will actively work to ensure stable supply and quality to continue to live up to the trust of major domestic manufacturers and subcontractors with long-standing business relationships.

Effective March 1, 2023, we became a wholly owned subsidiary of MM & KENZAI Corporation, one of the largest trading companies in Japan specializing in the construction steel business and steelmaking raw materials business. The company name was changed to MM & Stainless Recycling Corporation.
As a group member, we are responsible for the stainless steel scrap business and are committed to enhancing our scrap metal services with improved corporate value for our customers.
Furthermore, as a comprehensive steel trading company, we are familiar with providing attentive support. We will create an environment where we can respond to our customers’ diverse needs in a wide range of areas.
Our business activities are the trust we build through industry balance and hard work. We believe it is of utmost importance to continue to play our role as a yard dealer with three scrap yards in Japan.
